Remove the Image block from Reviews Block Editor

There's a circular problem with the Image block on the Add New Reviews pages currently.

When you add a new review using the Block Editor, there's an Image Block option. The problem happens like this:

1. Try to upload an image, you get an error that says "Uploading disabled, use the URL option instead"
2. So you use the URL option. When you submit the review it provides an error message that says "Do not put links in your reviews"

We either need to allow image URLs on the Reviews posts, or remove the image block from Reviews pages.

I'm assuming this applies to the Theme Reviews editor as well, not only the Plugins.
