MS Edge auto translation feature adds unexpected code to the block editor.

We have found several Rosetta forums where this code (or something very similar) was being posted:

It does not look like users are intending to add this code. As discussed in ​Slack, it seems to be a ​Microsoft Edge feature that is interfering with the Block Editor somehow.

I am not sure to what extent this is for us to fix, but I wanted to open a ticket to document it.
