Description
Going to be testing with this ticket. When It's ready, I'll add a patch. Sorry for any noise.
Goal is to be able to have bug gardeners easily close tickets as a support request and also as an idea that belongs in the ideas forum (that will come next).
Came from trac backlog chat at todays summit.

I'm closing this due to inactivity, but the ticket can be reopened.
For now, a number of bug gardeners (with or without that access level) are already aware of the general template for responding to a support request on Core Trac. The comments tend to be similar to this example, and gardeners vary it depending on their writing style.
