Replace "Patterns" with "Patterns Dir" in Translation Stats

Only 5% of locales have more than 25% of the patterns translated (over 11.000 strings currently).

Personally, I think there is no point in translating the patterns (you can translate the pattern yourself after placing it on your site).

I would remove Patterns from the ranking, because 95% of the locales don't have ability to translate them.

In its place I would put the Patterns directory (495 strings currently), just as there is already the Themes directory and the Plugins directory.
