Credits-API: Update some outdated URLs for external libraries

Bug was reported here: ​#WP58796 by sumitsingh

The URL's for imgAreaSelect, PclZip and jQuery UI Touch Punch are broken (404).

Broken Links:

• ​http://odyniec.net/projects/imgareaselect/ -> Apache2 Default Site on homepage
• ​http://www.phpconcept.net/pclzip -> "The site is currently updated" on homepage since a few year, but still pclzip related
• ​http://touchpunch.furf.com/ -> Errorcode since 2020

If you take a look at changesets in the past:

you can see, that updates where handled differently: Sometimes all releases where updated, sometimes some releases and somtimes only the latest.

desrosj personally thinks we should either:

• Update 6.3 only
• Update 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3 (these 4 versions account for 75% of all WordPress sites)

desrosj personally thinks we should either:

• Update 6.3 only
• Update 6.0, 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3 (these 4 versions account for 75% of all WordPress sites)

I think the former would be enough for now.

Found a few more links to update, [12878] should cover them all.
