Add Approve button to Categories: in the Submitted video section

Description
The WordPress Training Team often adds and approves their own WordPress.tv videos and have found that only the Categories: section does not have an Approve button beside it. This makes it easy for folks to miss approving categories, as the current workflow is to click on the hyperlinked categories in order to approve them.
We feel that the Approve button in this section would ensure that categories do not get missed in the approval process.
