Add a link for "reports replied to"

Description
would it be possible to either add "reports replied to" to a moderator's profile or add report replies to the list of other replies? I'm trying to find a reply I wrote and there seems to be no easy search. I can find it on wp-admin, under "recent comments", but I'd prefer to stay away from the admin areas when possible.
Also, the topic links there are broken. for example,
this links to https://wordpress.org/support/reported_topics/topic-barcode-menu-very-slow-to-load/, which redirects to https://wordpress.org/documentation/.
