Description
The input fields for adding a new committer and for adding a new support rep are unlabeled. This makes it very difficult for a plugin author who uses a screen reader to add new people to their plugin, and also decreases confidence about the function of those fields in the admin.
Visible in the advanced tab when logged-in as plugin author.
