Plugin Author Cannot Reply to Support Threads

Description

Hi, I’m the plugin author of PixelYourSite, using the account PixelYourSite.

This account has commit access, is listed as the plugin author, and manages plugin updates. However, when I try to reply to support threads on the plugin’s forum (that I did not start), I get the message:

“You cannot reply to this topic.”

This happens for all topics, and I’ve confirmed I’m logged into the correct account.

Can you please check if there’s a permissions issue or something wrong with how my account is linked to the plugin?

Hi @PixelYourSite,

This is intentional.

Company accounts cannot use the forums, per the forum guidelines.

Please create an individual support rep for the plugin instead, or use a personal name on the account.
