Description
I've found a strange case.
This person https://profiles.wordpress.org/rishabhwp/
Has received a good amount of props like [60651].
But he has never received the Core Contributor badge and this has been for months
Can anyone check if there is something broken?

Core Contributor badges are added to profiles after each release, not after props. Based on looking through the credits API, it appears that user has not contributed to a released version of WordPress.
