Layout issue on Associations Directory page (profiles.wordpress.org) in mobile view

Description
On the Associations Directory page https://profiles.wordpress.org/associations, the layout is broken when viewed on mobile devices.
The search form and text overlap, and the spacing/padding is inconsistent, making it difficult to use on smaller screens.

I’m currently working on the Test Team Handbook: https://github.com/WordPress/test-handbook/issues/49 While reviewing it, I came across that page and noticed a responsiveness issue, so I created a ticket since it’s part of a meta project.

There is no real reason to use that page at all, much less on a mobile device. What are you using that page for?
