Description

On the profile page, the Translations section is displayed if you have made any translation contributions. However, compared to the Plugins section, it seems to be missing some styling.

For example, there is no space between the plugin image and the plugin title.

@wildworks, I have noticed the same issue on the WordPress.org profile page with the listing of contributions with Themes and Translations list of plugins, Themes, and other items. There are some items correct align with spacing, but some items are very sticky with the Icon and Headings.

  • Summary changed from Profile page: Some styles are not applied to the Translations content to Profile page: Some styles are not applied to the Translations content, issue with the links as well

Hey @wildworks & @darshitrajyaguru97, I found another major issue with the links as well.

Wrong project links under the "Translations" tab, especially for the Translation Editor section.

  • Resolution set to fixed
  • Status changed from new to closed

Thanks all, fixed in r24843, covering all three reports here:

  • The Translation Editor plugin cards now use the same item styling as the Plugins tab (icon sized to its column with proper spacing, non-italic install counts).
  • Theme entries (Themes tab, Favorites, and Translation Editor) no longer squeeze the screenshot into the icon column; they render as cards with a full-width screenshot and the theme name below, which also fixes the vertically wrapping names.
  • The Translation Editor cards now link to the locale's translation project (for example translate.wordpress.org/locale/gu/default/wp-plugins/...) instead of the plugin directory page, consistent with the Translation Contributor links below them.
