Trac's slack integration is gutting messages short.

The Trac integration with Slack is trimming the last few words for some entries when posted in to Slack.

For example, ​the final line shown in Slack for ​#core47256 (comment) was trimmed to

I don't know if it's happening for all Slack integrations as I only follow the Core firehose closely.
