Plugin downloads still show on profile pages

Description
The switch from download count to active installs for plugins isn't consistent through out wordpress.org. I noticed that "my plugins" on my .org profile still show total download numbers instead of the new active installs count. screenshot -> https://cloudup.com/cF2wqz64taX
