planet.wordpress.org doesn't have a subscribe to RSS feed button

planet.wordpress.org doesn't have a subscribe to RSS feed button. Chrome's RSS feed extension doesn't show up when browsing the website. The only way you could subcribe to the Planet Wordpress if you knew that RSS feeds can be triggered by adding rss20.xml in the end. A button to subscribe to Planet WordPress should be obvious.
