Add Slack usernames to PolyGlots translation teams profiles

Someone should modify that Teams page on make/polyglots to add Slack usernames, not just link to the profiles.

I grep’d the repo, I know it goes in sites/trunk/wordpress.org/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-i18n-teams/wp-i18n-teams.php but there is no open source code in relation to Slack user names and profiles.wordpress.org :wink:
