Description (last modified by )
Migrated from: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/24529
On one of my plugins, I had "0 of 1 support threads in the last two months have been resolved".
Then I answered a thread from 3 months ago, and now have "1 of 1 support threads in the last two months have been resolved" I think I should have either "1 of 2 support threads in the last two months have been resolved" (counting all threads with activity in the last 2 months) or "0 of 1 support threads in the last two months have been resolved" (counting all threads which started in the last 2 months).

Is this still happening? Any example plugins?

Due to the way this is tracked, it's very easy to trigger once invalid data is in there.
The support forum can't easily know how many threads it's got for a plugin (The count query is super expensive).
The new plugin directory *may* be better than the existing one here, but it could also make it several orders of magnitude easier to trigger, I think we'll have to wait and see.

- Summary changed from Mistaken count on plugin support threads to Plugin Directory: Counts for support threads and reviews not updating properly
The counts are all off.
If you spam a support ticket, for example, or a review, it keeps the scores in the sidebar.
The reviews vanish from the page, though, so that's okay. This is still the case on the new directory.
