Update swag image on WP.org

Description

The red shirt on the WP.org homepage is a shirt that is no longer sold in the swag store. Attached to this ticket is an updated image of a shirt we currently do sell.

Also on the swag page (​https://wordpress.org/about/swag/) we should just remove the pictures as we don't sell those things anymore and this sentence "— right now it’s hand-blown glass ornaments sporting the WordPress logo —" as we don't sell those anymore either.

Fixed in [dotorg11041] and [dotorg11042].

On the swag page I replaced to images of the two discontinued products with the gray t-shirt image. Otherwise, everything has been changed a suggested.
