Description
Each plugin support forum has an email link, to allow plugin devs (or users) to subscribe to receive email notifications of new support threads for each plugin:
"Subscribe to Emails for this Plugin"
The link appears appears below the list of threads on the first page of each plugin's support forum, above the post form:

Theme support forums are missing that email subscription link, so there isn't an easy way to subscribe by email to threads in a specific theme's forum.

It would be super helpful for folks who do theme support to have the same email link for theme support forums that is present in plugin support forums.
Appears to be fixed with the upgrade to bbPress 2.x in #1544.
