Review sidebar should show "Review Info" not "Topic Info"

Description
Following the new topic message for reviews in [3996], the sidebar review information section should be titled "Review Info" rather than "Topic Info":

Accidently included the above in commit included in [4126], rather than a follow up separate commit .yolo:

Add
wporg_support_is_single_review()to check if the current page is a single review to display "Review Info" in the review sidebar rather than "Topic Info.
