"Unresolved Topics" view on plugin/theme level

The forum provides the list of all unresolved topics aka "Unresolved Topics" view, to find under
​https://wordpress.org/support/view/support-forum-no/

For authors of plugins and themes it would be helpful to have such a feature not for all topics but only in the forum of a single plugin or theme.

It would be also helpful to have the other forum views at plugin/theme level:

• Most popular topics
• Topics with no replies
• Non-support topics
• Resolved topics

For me as a plugin author the "Unresolved Topics" view would be the most helpful one.

2174.patch​ adds an "Unresolved Topics" view next to "Active Topics": 2174.PNG​.

@samuelsidler: The patch adds some rewrite rules. If I proceed with the commit, will it be handled on deploy, or is there some other process to trigger the refresh?
