Plugin Directory: Readme translations stopped being deployed

Description
Last time it took 3 days for a translation to appear on one of my plugins, and this time the changes I've made 5 days ago are still not visible.
The Polyglots handbook says that strings in readme are deployed almost immediately, that's no longer true at the moment.

A commit with some text changes in
readme.txtappears to have cleared the cache for my plugin, but I've got a similar report from another translator about another plugin, so the issue still stands.
