Plugin Directory: Use a consistent title for 'plugin_contributors' taxonomy

Description
The plugin_contributors taxonomy widget is titled "Contributors" on the front end, but the corresponding meta box in the admin is titled "Authors".
On support forums, "Plugin Author" badge is assigned to committers, and the list of committers is pulled from a different taxonomy (plugin_committers, see [5286]), which adds to the confusion.
Introduced in [4202]. I'd suggest reverting that part and using a consistent "Contributors" title for plugin_contributors taxonomy.

I don't understand. What is the confusion? There's committers and contributors. Those are two different things.
If the meta box shows contributors, it should be titled "Contributors", not "Authors". See 2708.patch.
Currently, "Authors" can refer to two different things:
- Contributors in Plugin Directory admin.
- Committers on support forums.
