Wrong plugin information with statistics

I noticed that some of plugin showing wrong statistics for ''Last updated'' with right side information.

Specially with plugins those are not updated from last 2 years.

This happens when a plugin has not been touched since we updated the plugin directory.

If the plugin is older than a couple years, generally speaking we're not concerned with the issue as it fixes itself when the plugin is updated by the author.

I manually pinged that plugin to show you an example of it fixing itself when the plugin receives any update of any kind.

Fixed, although we backfilled data for old plugins, seemingly some were missed.

Backfilled the data for the 40 affected plugins (Mostly last touched in mid-2015).
