Using gp_warning_placeholders_re update the GlotPress regex to include ###[A-Z_]+### placeholders for WP emails

Description

In Core#46305 it was mentioned to introduce a warning to GlotPress to flag manipulated placeholders from emails that follow the format of ###[A-Z_]+###. This would flag to translators a warning if they've manipulated any of these placeholders accidentally.
