Description
In our forums, in front-end, it's impossible to mark a reply as spam if the topic itself was already marked as spam. Verified in the global forums (where I'm a moderator) and in the Swedish forum (where I'm a keymaster/admin).
I'm ticketing this in meta since we first need to check if we've broken anything in our environment, before (possibly) reporting this upstream to bbPress and/or Akismet.

This is behavior native to bbPress, that the spam option is not available, as all replies are marked as trash upon a topic being marked as spam.
This has been reported upstream as an enhancement request to be able to mark trashed replies as spam.
