Support in upload form for thumbnails

Description
It would be nice to have a field in the submit form to upload the thumbnail for the video.
That would save time to editors for having better image of a event category.

Agreed. The process is really cumbersome now.
You have to edit the thumbnail with the VideoPress interface once uploaded.
