Text overlapping above attachment file

When we open the page of WordPress core ticket on the screen below 372 pixel screen size, then the text is overlapping above the attachment file. Because of this, the design of the page is deteriorating in mobile size.

As noted elsewhere, Trac has bad mobile styles, #4917

Since this is a super-minor Trac mobile thing, I'm closing this as wontfix. It's not worth our time, or your time, tracking down all these super minor whitespace things.

Additionally, CSS within wordpress.org/public_html/style/trac/common/ is not WordPress-maintained code, it's CSS from Trac itself. Super out of date Trac CSS at that. Your patch here is specifically overriding Trac CSS, and not our custom CSS in wp-trac.css.

Please pay more attention to the Component selected during ticket creation as well.
