"Topics replied to" view display one topic once

Looking at the "Topics replied to" view it currently seems like it displays every topic someone has replied to in a way that one topic is listed as many times as a reply was added:

Since it's not the actual date of the current user's reply that's show, but the last reply to the topic, making replies to the same topic makes one topic appear more times. If they happen in a sequence then it makes things look odd, almost buggy. See:

I suppose what actually matters here is to list the topics a user has replied to, so it should be enough to list every topic once and not list every topic as many times as many replies were made in that topic.

So based on the above screenshot, the topic marked with red should appear once (not 3 times) and the blue topic should show up once (not twice).

This turned out to be a WordPress core issue, which should now be fixed in [WP53175].
