Misleading text in discussion tab while reviewing strings

Currently, the text in the discussion tab when reviewing a string says: "You are going to receive notifications for the questions in your language because you are a GTE. You will not receive notifications if another GTE or PTE for your language or CLPTE participates in a thread where you do not take part. Stop receiving notifications for this discussion. Stop receiving notifications."

The issue I placed in bold. Currently, I'm only a GTE for nl_BE but not for nl_NL. Yet, I see this message in nl_NL as well. There I'm only a PTE for all plugins and themes. Making me wonder if PTE's see the exact same message... Which would give the wrong impression.

For me, a Norwegian PTE on the Migration, Backup, Staging – WPvivid plugin, it looks as expected. So it doesn't seem to affect PTEs as you were wondering about.

I think the issue will be when you are GTE in one locale and PTE in another.
I think it only happens in those edge cases.
