WordPress Logo Not Displaying Properly in Header on Codex Page

Description
The WordPress logo in the header is not displaying correctly on the Codex WordPress Theme Unit Test page. The logo appears to be either missing or partially obscured, as seen in the attached screenshot.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the Codex page: https://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Unit_Test
Observe the WordPress logo in the top-left corner of the header.
Notice that the logo is either not visible or not align properly.
Expected Result:
The WordPress logo should display fully and clearly in the header.
Actual Result:
The WordPress logo is displayed half cropped; I don't know if this is in design or not.
