This works on w.org/support because of https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/browser/sites/trunk/wordpress.org/public_html/wp-content/themes/pub/wporg-support/sass/modules/_wporg-header.scss?marks=56-65#L56. This should probably be moved into wp4.css.

I wanted to revert [4684] now that it's redundant, but the plugin needs a tweak for RTL.

Any chance to commit logged-out-admin-bar.rtl.patch​ as well?

On second thought, we could adjust the padding to work for both LTR and RTL: logged-out-admin-bar.rtl.2.patch​.

Support Theme: Revert [4684], as it's now redundant.

CSS for login/register buttons on mobile devices was added to the "Logged Out Admin Bar" plugin and now works for both support forums and make.wordpress.org sites.
