#forums Slack channel Trac ticket mentions and unfurling not working as expected

Description

Several ticket mentions made in the #forums channel today did not "unfurl" the Trac tickets mentioned, nor was the mention of the applicable Trac ticket made on the respective Trac ticket linking to its mention in the #forums channel.

e.g.:

  1. ​https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/forums/p1472762183001976
    • Expected a link to be added to the Trac ticket #1868 linking back to #forums
    • Expected ticket #1868 to be "unfurled" in the #forums channel displaying the ticket summary
  1. ​https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/forums/p1472762450001979
    • Expected a link to be added to the Trac ticket #1899 linking back to #forums
    • Expected ticket #1899 to be "unfurled" in the #forums channel displaying the ticket summary
  1. ​https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/forums/p1472762549001980
    • Expected a link to be added to the Trac ticket #1923 linking back to #forums
    • Expected ticket #1923 to be "unfurled" in the #forums channel displaying the ticket summary

It was disabled for some reason. Probably overuse that appeared spammy.
